Recently fully renovated, this apartment has been designed to provide a sense of space, serenity and calmness throughout. It aims to allow you to get away from it all while enjoying the convenience of staying in the very heart of Edinburgh. The Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace are literally minutes walk from the apartment.
Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly fitted with all mod cons. There are two large bedrooms, one containing a double bed and the other two singles. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. All towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Children are more than welcome and as such a travel cot and high chair are provided.
A balcony to the rear of the apartment allows you to relax and enjoy the exceptional views of Calton Hill over the secluded courtyard.
Lounge/dining area
Ample space for you to get away from it all whilst you stay with us. In the lounge you will find a 40in television equipped with Satellite TV, Blu-Ray player, a selection DVD’s and local books and information. There is also a dining table which can seat up to a maximum of six people.
The lounge opens up onto our balcony which boasts spectacular views of Calton Hill, a table and four chairs are provided so you can dine or enjoy a drink outside with some of the best views in Edinburgh.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen units have under-counter lights for a calm lighting experience in the evenings. Cooking is via the electric cooker/oven, and there is a microwave oven for your convenience The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc, as well as a kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One contains a double bed and the other, two singles. In each bedroom, there is also a wardrobe provided along with a dressing table to allow you to get ready for your trip around Edinburgh in comfort. You will also find hair dryers and straighteners for your convenience.
Shower Room
The shower room has a modern 3 piece suite with the shower housed in a large quadrant shower cabinet. There is constant hot water in the shower room (and throughout the apartment) supplied by the heating system. A large heated towel rail is useful for warming towels etc and there is an extractor fan and opening opaque window. A wall unit contains ample supplies of soap, toilet paper provided for your use.
Utility Space
The utility cupboards have a fully automatic washing/drying machine (washing liquid provided) There is also a steam iron and ironing board provided. In these cupboards you will also find a high chair, travel cot, coat hooks. There is also a wireless printer supplied for you to use with any smartphone, tablet or laptop you bring to the apartment.
